J.S. Rosenfield & Co. acquired the 3,500 square foot retail building on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica with a top industry executive. J.S. Rosenfield & Co. transformed the small multitenant building into a jewel box building filled with luxury bath items. Waterworks leased the entire building and added a 500 square foot second level. Waterworks has reported that this is one their best performing stores in the chain.
