J.S. Rosenfield & Co. renovated and repositioned the 150,000 square foot Pride Center in West Hills, California as a fee developer. The market-drug shopping center's small shops were replaced with a new Petsmart and Home Goods stores. The Albertsons market was remodeled and expanded, and a new freestanding Sav-On was added on a pad. Pride Center gained an updated look and more than tripled in value.
