J.S. Rosenfield & Co. renovated the 1,100,000 square foot Fallbrook Center as a fee developer for General Growth Properties. The property was transformed from a struggling regional mall to a thriving power center. J.S. Rosenfield & Co. managed the design and merchandising of nearly 750,000 square feet of new space. The new tenant roster includes: Laemmle Theatres, Trader Joe's, Michaels, Home Depot, Kohls, Ross, Old Navy, Party City, PetCo, Linens N Things, DSW and Wal-Mart.
