With partners, J.S. Rosenfield & Co.'s principals purchased the 6,300 square foot former Aquarium Stock company building located at the southeast corner of Crescent Heights and Beverly Boulevard. They leased the building to the home furnishings chain Design Within Reach. The tenant is thriving at the highly trafficked intersection, and the former fish aquarium is artfully acknowledged in the building's new design.
